These terms govern the paid Resku Pro and Resku Team subscriptions, sold through our site. By subscribing, you accept these terms of sale as well as the terms of use (/en/cgu).
The prices shown on the landing page at the time of subscription apply. Waitlist members who sign up before public launch benefit from the launch price announced at sign-up, provided they subscribe within the period indicated by email.
The Pro plan includes a 14-day trial period starting from the first activation of the paid account. Full refund on request to [email protected], without justification, within this period.
After this period, the subscription is due for the current period. No pro-rata refund for a period already started, except where mandatory law requires.
Payments are processed by our secure payment provider. Confirmation by email. Automatic renewals until cancellation.
Cancel at any time from your account settings or by email to support. Effective at the end of the current paid period.
Resku is in early access, provided “as is”. A score or an alert is not an absolute guarantee against fraud.
Processing is described in the privacy policy (/en/privacy).
For consumers, the 14-day right of withdrawal may apply under the French Consumer Code, subject to the legal exceptions for digital content supplied immediately with your express agreement. The 14-day free Pro trial lets you test the service before committing.
If a dispute with our support cannot be resolved, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge. Details of the competent mediator provided on request to [email protected].
