Terms of use

These terms of use (“Terms”) govern access to the resku.fr website and the Resku browser extension.

1. Purpose

Resku analyzes the web pages you visit and displays a trust score and alerts when phishing signals are detected. The extension is available on the Chrome Web Store.

2. Acceptance

By installing the extension or using the site, you accept the Terms in force. Paid subscriptions are additionally governed by our terms of sale (/en/cgv).

3. Account and subscriptions

Some Pro or Team features may require an account and a subscription. Pricing terms appear on the landing page and in the terms of sale.

4. Acceptable use

• Use Resku for legitimate personal or professional purposes.
• Do not attempt to bypass, overload or reverse-engineer the service abusively.
• Do not use Resku for illegal activities.

5. Intellectual property

Resku, its logo, code and documentation are protected. No reproduction license is granted beyond normal use of the service.

6. Limitation of liability

Resku is provided “as is”. Despite analyzing many signals, no tool guarantees absolute protection against fraud. You remain responsible for your online actions. Resku cannot be held liable for indirect damages or financial losses resulting from a scam.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service. The Terms may be updated; the last-updated date is shown at the bottom of the page.

8. Termination

You can uninstall the extension at any time. We may suspend access in the event of a breach of these Terms.

9. Personal data

Data processing is described in our privacy policy (/en/privacy).

10. Governing law

French law. Disputes: French courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
