These terms of use (“Terms”) govern access to the resku.fr website and the Resku browser extension.
Resku analyzes the web pages you visit and displays a trust score and alerts when phishing signals are detected. The service is in early access (beta).
By installing the extension or using the site, you accept the Terms in force. Paid subscriptions are additionally governed by our terms of sale (/en/cgv).
Some Pro or Team features may require an account and a subscription. Pricing terms appear on the landing page and in the terms of sale.
Resku, its logo, code and documentation are protected. No reproduction license is granted beyond normal use of the service.
Resku is provided “as is”. Despite analyzing many signals, no tool guarantees absolute protection against fraud. You remain responsible for your online actions. Resku cannot be held liable for indirect damages or financial losses resulting from a scam.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service, particularly during the beta phase. The Terms may be updated; the last-updated date is shown at the bottom of the page.
You can uninstall the extension at any time. We may suspend access in the event of a breach of these Terms.
Data processing is described in our privacy policy (/en/privacy).
French law. Disputes: French courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
